Shipping Policy/US
Most
orders are shipped within 24 hours. Most of our US orders are
shipped via UPS, unless otherwise specified. Shipping cost to
any location in the continental US is based on package weight and
UPS terms. UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day, FED EX Overnight
and FED EX ground are also available as well as United States Postal
Service.
Shipping Policy/International
We gladly ship items to our Canadian friends or over
seas, but due to past problems we have had with deliveries we take
no responsibility for the order once it is out of our hands.
We ship USPS International Priority mail or Express mail and 99% of the
orders make it their destination on time, but we can't guarantee
someone else's service. We will make every effort to track
shipments and work with the shipping authority to retrieve or
redirect any lost or misplaced order, but we are not liable for any
lost merchandise at the fault of the carrier. The shopping
cart does not calculate international shipping and will display
$12.00 for orders under $100.00 and $0.00 for orders over $100.00,
shipping to international destinations will be charged the actual
shipping costs and if you wish to receive a shipping quote prior to
placing the order, please contact us using the info below.
Backorders:
Items temporarily out of stock are automatically shipped when
they become available, unless you indicate no backorders.
If you do not want us to hold a backorder, please call
1-888-304-8933 or email
info@outdoorsupplyonline.com and cancel the item(s) ordered.
Our site is not an inventory based website, meaning if you see an
item listed that does not guarantee we have it available at that
time, you will be informed as soon as possible if your item is not
available for immediate shipment and notified of any alternatives.
Credit cards are not charged until your order ships. |
